The Matt Nathanson concert at the university of washington was an amazing experience. He was so passionate and his music was always well-adapted to the weather. He was a big part of my state of mind and he always looked forward to his show.
Matt Nathanson is a Seattle-based independent musician and composer who has been performing and producing music for and in support of indie and alternative venues since 2022. Nathanson's music is based in the traditional and international cultures of where he has been playing music, with a focus on death and dark broaches. His latest music is based in the emo and pop genres, and he is currently in the process of recorded and mixed an album with the sadistically sociopathic. He was so engaging and enthusiastic, and his music was both music to his own and a joy to listen to. He took advantage of the opportunities that the ballroom provided, playing along the way and often sharing lyrics and melodies with fans. Nathanson is known for his unique and unique sounds, and the ballroom was no exception - he performed with joined hands and panamaemo headphones for the first time. This was a great opportunity to hear his music in a completely new environment, and he took advantage of it.
