We could not accept any exchanges or any cancellations or offer any refunds only
when an event is cancelled, then we'll refund the ticket price but not the shipping
and handling fees. Though, we keep to ourselves the right to change your order
equivalent for the same event if your tickets ordered are not available for the
date you ordered them for.
We exhort our customers to keep their tickets safe because, as mentioned above,
tickets are unchangeable in case of lost or steal.
You won't be able to order any tickets on Tickethold unless you agree to these
terms, so please read carefully them before making any order on our website.

The delivery of your order necessitates a signature from our customers, and if

But, make sure that we are not responsible for any late in receiving your order
