About Pinkshift in Lawrence
Pinkshift is composed of Ashrita Kumar on voice, their guitarist on guitar, and Myron Houngbedji on drums, forming a close musical unit. Releasing the single 'Pressure' in 2021 The band tackled the subject of social pressures. The band have a tradition of drafting playlists by hand before each show, adding an individual flair. Notably, the band's lineup includes Paul on the guitar and Myron Houngbedji on drums, completing their powerful trio. Performing at the Resurrection Fest in Spain in next year The act will play at one of Europe's most respected punk and metal festivals; interestingly, Ashrita Kumar, the band's vocalist, initially pursued a degree in engineering before fully committing to music.
