About Queer Pier Pride
Queer Pier Pride is organized by a committed group of volunteers who work year-round to ensure its success. Collaborating with more than fifty LGBTQ+ artists worldwide Queer Pier Pride has expanded its network of artists considerably. Remarkably, in 2012, Queer Pier Pride was awarded the 'Innovator in Art ' title by the Global Arts Foundation for their unique blend of artistic expression and advocacy. Hosting a seminar for seniors in 2015 Queer Pier Pride bridged eras; in fact, they have a ritual of strolling without shoes in nature before starting a new project, to ground themselves and find inspiration.
