About Puppeteers for Fears at Alberta Abbey
The artistic collective have an audience-created marionette that was incorporated into a 2022 show. Conducting a marionette movie event in 2021 they celebrated the creations of fellow artists. The team's creative sessions are held in a secret location, accessible only to those invited to join the artistic development. Astonishingly, the troupe's set is designed to resemble a giant puppet box, amplifying the thematic elements of their performances. Tailoring their performance for children in 2016, they launched a family-friendly version; truthfully, the troupe's puppets are stored in a temperature-regulated chamber when not in use, to preserve their state.

Revamping the heritage structure in 2014, Alberta Abbey transformed the former church into a versatile space.
