About Ballet West at Janet Quinney Lawson Capitol Theatre

The organization is known for its notable male ballet artists, a distinctive feature among ballet troupes in the U. S. In the late 2010s, it launched a new initiative called Academy of Ballet West, aimed at developing the upcoming talent of dancers. Performing globally, Ballet West has showcased its talent in places including our northern neighbor and Japan; in early 2005, the organization debuted The Sleeping Beauty, bringing a beloved tale to life on the theater.
