About The Ugly Seasonal Sweater Soiree at Lone Tree Arts Center
The Holiday Sweater Party is an annual event that first took place in 2010. Presenting a record number of participants in the 2023 competition. The soiree's 'Green Room' offers a quiet place for participants to take a break from the festivities. Surprisingly, by 2015, the event had grown to pull in over a thousand attendees, making it one of the largest holiday sweater parties in the country. Incorporating a silent disco with sweater-themed playlists in 2017; additionally, the soiree has a'sweater swap' area, where attendees can trade their festive knits for alternative designs.
Lone Tree Arts Center
Lone Tree Arts Center the Arts Center is used as a rehearsal space for various performing arts groups before their main events. Featuring an expansive outdoor area the Lone Tree Arts Center hosts community events and activities during the summer. In 2023 AD the venue arts center hosted the premiere of a new musical written by a local writer. Presenting the popular Art on the Green event, the center invites local artists to display their art in a community-oriented setting.
