Remarkably, Sunny Jain founded the ensemble ' Wild East by Jain ' in 2005 to integrate South Asian melodies with current jazz and world influences. The album was recorded over a 8-week span in various recording spaces in the Big Apple; interestingly, Sunny Jain's musical style incorporates spontaneous creation methods derived from Indian musical modes and modal jazz.
