About Pilobolus at Thalian Hall

Developing a performance titled Shape Shifters, the work is inspired by the fluidity of single-celled organisms and the malleability of life. In 2011, the troupe launched its inaugural app, allowing supporters to connect to the performances through dynamic materials. Innovating with spectator involvement, the troupe has created experiences where audience members participate in the performance; during 2015, the ensemble partnered with the musical group the group OK Go on a joint show, combining sound and choreography in an original fashion.
