Thomas was a part of the musical group The New Birth which was established in 1969. Joining forces with fellow Nickelodeon stars for unique shows, Leon Thomas fostered relationships in the music world. The artist issued a total of six albums as a leader of his band throughout his career. Truly, Thomas's recordings are celebrated for their profound spirituality and innovative arrangements.
