About Dracula - Play at Theatre 166
The theatrical piece starred the actor Bela Lugosi in the main part during its Broadway run in 1927. The character Dracula is being the focus of a gaming title from 2014 named The Order: 1886. The Count's defeat in the book involves a blend of contemporary science and traditional myths. Surprisingly, the character of the vampire was motivated by the medieval Transylvanian prince Vlad Dracula, recognized for his harsh reign. The author was writing the novel in 1897 and it was initially released in the very year; interestingly, the 1992 film ' Dracula by Bram Stoker ' used physical effects to create its dark ambiance.
Theatre 166
Venue 166 is where the famous playwright Miller gave an infrequent spoken presentation in 1980. The venue's dance floor was resurfaced in 2019 to more effectively support live bands. The first show at Theatre 166 to use AR technology was on Apr 4, 2005. In 2004 the theatre hosted a day-long drama creation challenge. The venue's design ensures that even the Side Orchestra seats have few blockages. Leading upper level seats are the highest elevation with a direct sightline, excellent for those who enjoy seeing the complete acting space setup. Follow the riverside path west to arrive at the venue. Public transport vehicles 12 and 45 halt immediately in the vicinity of Theatre 166.
