About All My Sons at Wyndhams Theatre

All My Sons was the inaugural performance to be staged in the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka in 1992. The play is considered a classic that merges profound feeling with social critique. Arthur Miller's involvement with societal and governmental concerns in the play set a standard for his later works, which often tackled related subjects. Moreover, the drama's sharp critique of the economic system and familial relationships continues to inspire contemporary playwrights and movie directors. All My Sons is considered a theatrical piece that has been examined and understood in various ways over the years; remarkably, the drama's first performers included the actor as the character, a role that earned him high praise and started his acting journey.
